Week total: 3 hrs (well it will be, by the end of the day)
Half of P90x day 3 shoulders and arms, half of ab ripper. I can see it’s going to be really hard to find time to fit in these workouts.
And I’m riding my bike to the new office now, 6 km.

I think that is why I never made it past week 3. I just couldnt fit them in. However, I did modify them and didnt do the 1.5 hour yoga. Instead just did the Cardio X.
Also, if you are having that much trouble, you don’t HAVE to do the ab ripper. I would actually save that until week 2 or 3 to incorporate.
