LAME, totally put off going out and then we unexpectedly were out all evening and I was unable to go work out.  Completely my fault..  it’s right at the beginning, Ray had a late start so I feel vaguely less guilty about starting over.  But this is it, if I screw up again.. too bad soldier on.
