I saw this morning how Ray had included her measurements on here.  I am very happy with my body right now and don’t feel like I need to lose any weight really, but I was interested in my measurements, so I will post them on here too.

I don’t usually post on here because all I do is yoga all week.  I do yoga 5 days a week, every week for 1.5 hours a time. I have no idea how many calories I burn, but I do know I can now do a handstand quite well,  have managed to stretch out my hamstrings such that I can now more than touch my toes with straight legs and feel fabulous every morning after I exercise.

BMI – 22.3


Arms – 11” Legs -23” Chest – 32”          Bust 36″
Waist – 30” Hips – 37” BB – 33″

Weekly Total: 1.5 hrs

Yoga: 1.5 hr Mysore Class

Calories: *650 (using a calorie calculator online, this is apparently my range per class)

Was very happy Shane called this morning to wake me up and as a result I got out of bed and made it to yoga!

Yoga: 1 hr (Sunday) hot

Wanted to go to a Hot Yoga class on Sat too, but never made it cuz I went for brunch with Melissa and then was so full I felt like puking all day.

{March 20, 2009}   Week of Yoga

So far this week, I’ve gone to yoga in the morn – arriving at 6:20 am and staying til 8am (so 1hr 40 mins) Tues, Thurs and Fri.

Weekly total of exercise 5hrs.

No idea of calories, nor do I care.

Want to go Sat and Sun too (probably 3 more hours).

Wrist is feeling way better after being stabbed by needles in accupuncture.
