Phew!  I did it!

I didn’t get up this morning.  I had a crap sleep last night for some reason.  And the boy is home this week, which means getting up to make him breakfast and lunch (if I don’t he won’t pack and eat nutritional stuff, and in fact, won’t pack and eat ANYTHING).  So rather than get up in the hour of six (shudder), I slept in and ran this afternoon instead.

Today was a good eating day for me.  Breakfast was a 1/2 cup of All Bran with a half a banana, a cup of milk (some went in the cereal) and vitamins.  Lunch was a chicken sandwich (no mayo, hot sauce instead) on whole wheat, with some leftover baby potatoes.  Dinner will be a half a sketti squash filled with clean sauce (crockpotted tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, onions, oregano, garlic and steak bits) with a tablespoon of light parmesan cheese.  Afternoon snack was half an apple, chopped then nuked, then covered with 1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt, 1/4 cup Omega-3 granola, and a tablespoon each walnuts and dark chocolate chips.  Total calories for the day:  1244
